Such information is gathered solely to assist the client with a legal matter and will be used exclusively for that purpose. No information will be shared with a third party without the client's explicit consent, a court order, or as permitted by applicable Texas or Federal laws, rules, or regulations governing attorneys and their legal practice. After a client’s case concludes, all client files are retained for no more than five years.
